Inspiring, to say the least

Going into yoga, and practicing deeply, is often about going into your own shadow…recognizing it, accepting it, and then movement forward. My own shadow is a complicated one and I’ve been struggling, lately, to understand it, let alone accept or love it. But I’ll get there. Articles like the one linked below keep me on this path:

It’s called Peter Pan Syndrome. It’s when you don’t want to grow up. It’s when you don’t want to be tethered to anything–let alone something of value.”
